    I cant say enough great things about this company! Gabriella was amazing and was always available to answer questions... (usually within minutes of me sending them over). This was extremely beneficial for our group as we had to completely reschedule our trip due to one person catching covid just 2 days before we were set to leave. She was nothing but helpful and made rescheduling so incredibly simple. She made sure she kept me updated when new excursions we were interested in opened back up and also kept in touch with me while we were in Mexico to make sure everything we scheduled with her went as planned. It was obvious they put in alot of work to make sure we got the best deal possible. In fact I price checked online and what Gabriella was quoting me was always cheaper by a good amount! The group I traveled with was so impressed by everything she set up for us. I plan to visit the area again and I know the first thing I will be doing is contacting Gabriella! They are passionate about what they do and it shows through their amazing service and deals. Highly recommend!!read more

    Gabriella and Travel Mexcursions totally helped check swimming with the whale sharks off our bucket list. They were the... best when it came to arranging pick up (all the way down from Tulum) once there they were sure to be one of the first out to the site, pretty much guaranteeing we’d have more time to swim with the whale sharks before the other boats got to the site. I’d totally recommend them and will use their services again.read more

    Me and my husband recently traveled to Mexico for the first time, so we were very unsure of how to book airport... transfers or excursions. After speaking with Gabriella, she assured all would be taken care of! We booked a private airport transfer to our hotel. Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we exited the airport with a sign of my name. He was very polite, helped with luggage, and offered us water, cervezas, and snacks on the ride to the hotel. We then had a whale shark excursion booked for the following day, which everything about this excursion is epic! From the moment we came to the port, we were greeted with hospitality. The guides and captains of the boat take pride in protecting the whale sharks, which they made sure everyone was abiding by the rules put in to place. Water and juices were provided on the boat. We then had at least a total of 10-15 min in the water with the whale sharks each time. At the end of the excursion the boats anchored on a beautiful white sand beach on isla mujeres for swimming and lunch. Once the day was complete, a driver was at the port to return us to our resort. Throughout our stay Carlos remained in contact with us to promptly answer questions and to assure we were enjoying ourselves. I would absolutely book with mexcursions again!!read more

    Gabriella and her team are amazing. They went the extra mile in everything they did and we would not have not been able... to have planned my bachelorette party without them. The transportation and drivers were always on time, safe, and friendly. We booked a catamaran tour with them also and it was the easiest, smoothest process ever. Not only that, we had such a blast and it was one of the many highlights of our trip. Mexcursions was really flexible with us especially since our plans were changing at times. Gabriella always answered instantly if we had questions and she is so professional and pleasant to work with. Special shoutout to Carlos and the other drivers who were amazing in every sense of the word. If you’re planning a trip to Cancun and the surrounding area, you must contact Mexcursions.     We had an amazing day exploring Riviera Maya with Travel Mexcursions. Planning our adventure was easy, and Gabriella... was responsive and helped us immensely. Carlos, our driver, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, sharing information on the places we planned to visit, and it was wonderful learning more about Mexican culture and history while driving to our destinations. We started the day at Coba, and Carlos made sure we knew where we were going and what to expect. He even joined us at the top of the pyramid and took lots of photos for us. Carlos also helped us navigate the souvenir shops along the drive, acting as translator. He recommended a great place for lunch in Tulum, then we were off to cenotes. We were happy leaving the particular cenotes to visit up to Carlos - we trusted his opinions! Just make sure to have plenty of cash - they don’t take cards. It was a perfect day exploring Riviera Maya. In spite of getting snarled in some unexpected traffic, we were able to see everything we wanted, thanks to Carlos’ flexibility and the support of Travel Mexcursions. I can’t recommend them more highly for a day of exploring Riviera Maya.read more

    Took my girlfriend on a last-minute trip to Cancun and it couldn’t have gone better. Carlos was great at helping us... reserve tickets to xplor and a private day trip to Playa del Carmen, both at discounted prices on very short notice. I didn’t have to negotiate with anyone and I was picked-up directly from my hotel, no taxi necessary. He made sure everything was to our liking and always made us feel safe. Everyone with Travel Mexcursions was on time and super friendly. Definitely exceeded our expectations and will be using them again next year for Tulum!read more
